Terms of use
Research is context,
not a quote.
Price-Quotes materials are general informational research. They must be read with their methodology and limitations.
TERMS / PUBLIC
REVISION / JULY 2026
Research ranges
Informational context only.
Published ranges describe historical evidence under stated scopes and dates. They are not offers, provider recommendations, appraisals, or assurances of future price or performance. A range tells you what similar services have cost; it does not tell you what your specific job will cost. Your actual price depends on your unique circumstances, which only an on-site inspection can determine.
Estimates and contracts
With independent providers.
Any estimate, contract, warranty, or agreement for services is between you and the independent provider you choose. Price-Quotes is not a party to those agreements and does not guarantee provider work, credentials, or outcomes. You are responsible for verifying licenses, insurance, scope, and terms before hiring.
Referral compensation
How we support the service.
Price-Quotes may earn referral or affiliate fees when you connect with a participating provider through our service. This compensation does not affect research findings, rankings, or recommendations. Payment cannot buy favorable research, alter a finding, or purchase placement in any Price-Quotes content.
No guarantee
Results may vary.
Price-Quotes does not guarantee a specific outcome, price, provider availability, or match quality. Historical pricing context does not predict future costs. Provider matching depends on service type, geography, availability, and network participation.
Your responsibility
Verify before you hire.
You are responsible for reviewing provider credentials, confirming scope and pricing, obtaining appropriate contracts, and understanding what is and is not included. Price-Quotes provider matching does not replace your due diligence.
No obligation
A match is not a requirement.
Using Price-Quotes research or requesting provider matches does not obligate you to hire anyone. You remain in control of every decision whether to request quotes, negotiate, or proceed with a project.
